‘We can feel like we belong’: Hmong Harvest Festival brings out vibrant Anchorage Southeast Asian community

While the Gregorian calendar still reads August 16, for the roughly 6,000 Hmong people that call Anchorage home, this weekend marked the start of a new year and an opportunity for celebration.
