Man arrested in Oshkosh during a drug investigation

OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) – On Tuesday, the Oshkosh Police Department’s Vice and Narcotics Unit completed a drug investigation that resulted in the search of a residence in the 1500 block of Doemel Street.
