Hmong, Lao Secret War veterans could receive benefits under new bill

Many in the Minnesota Hmong and Lao communities hope House lawmakers will pass a bill aimed at granting limited veterans’ benefits to Hmong and Lao special guerrilla units veterans in the Secret War.
