After 5 months in ICE detention and a deportation flight, Michigan man gets surprise release

Lue Yang, a Hmong refugee, was released by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Wednesday, Dec. 3 after there was a monthslong effort to get him out of detention.
